Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

A simple, tasty sandwich you can make in minutes, featuring garlic butter and melty cheese on crispy bread.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread, covering all the way to the edges.
  3. Place two slices butter-side down and add half the cheese on each. Top with the other bread slices, butter-side up.
  4. Heat a skillet over low heat. Cook sandwiches for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from pan, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use low heat to ensure the cheese melts without burning the bread. Store leftovers wrapped in foil in the fridge for up to one day.
