Garlic Butter Roasted Cauliflower

A simple yet flavorful roasted cauliflower dish with rich garlic butter, perfect as a side or a light meal.

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and add the minced garlic, mixing well.
  3. Toss the cauliflower florets in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and tender, tossing halfway through.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For crispier bits, roast a few minutes longer. You can also add a squeeze of lemon for brightness before serving.
