Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces

  2. Add the steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium, add the butter and garlic, and stir until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the zucchini to the same skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  6. Return the steak to the skillet, toss to combine, and cook for an additional minute.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Let the steak rest for a few minutes before cutting to retain juices. Customize with your favorite spices or vegetables.
