Garlic Parmesan Broccoli Bites

Small, tasty broccoli pieces coated in garlic, olive oil, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs, cooked to perfection in an air fryer for a crunchy and healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, combine the grated Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each broccoli floret with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy your healthy snack!

Notes

Use fresh grated Parmesan for better flavor. For extra crispiness, spray a mist of oil on the coated florets before air frying.
