  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
  6. Slice the log into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese in a small bowl to create a topping.
  8. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and brush them with the garlic butter mixture.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with extra marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle Italian herbs over the cheese before rolling the dough. Use store-bought pizza dough for convenience.
