Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

A simple, tasty side of garlic and Parmesan potato wedges that cooks up fast and crisps well.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley until well coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your garlic parmesan potato wedges!

Notes

Cut wedges similar in size for even cooking. You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
