Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are an easy and flavorful side dish or snack.

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
