  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano until well coated.
  4. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the wedges.
