Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
  5. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while hot.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Let the wedges cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or in an air fryer to keep them crispy.
