Garlic Steak Bites and Potatoes

A hearty and flavorful dish featuring tender steak bites and crispy baby potatoes, infused with the aroma of garlic.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the halved baby potatoes and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until golden and tender.
  3. Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and add the steak bites. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the steak for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked to your liking.
  5. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the skillet for a nice sear on the steak. Feel free to customize the dish with other seasonings or vegetables.
