Gluten Free Reindeer Chow

A crunchy, sweet, and salty snack mix that combines Chex, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts, coated in white chocolate and set for easy, bite-sized clusters.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chex mix (gluten free if desired)
  • 2 cups popcorn
  • 2 cups pretzels (gluten free if desired)
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
  • 9 oz white chocolate (dairy free if desired)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Add the Chex mix, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts to a large bowl.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil by your preferred method.
  3. Pour the white chocolate over the mix, and stir together to coat all the pieces.
  4. Fold in sprinkles and any other desired add-ins.
  5. Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Use dairy-free white chocolate to keep it dairy free. For longer storage, keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
