Greek Chicken Flatbread

A quick and easy Mediterranean flatbread topped with juicy chicken, creamy tzatziki, and fresh vegetables, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Chicken breast
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Feta cheese
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Red onion
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Optional: Cauliflower crust for gluten-free version

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the chicken breast in olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper until fully cooked, then slice or shred.
  3. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and layer with chicken, tzatziki, feta cheese, and fresh veggies.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until the flatbread is crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with additional tzatziki if desired.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy your Mediterranean flatbread!

Notes

Add chopped parsley or dill for color and flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
