Greek Chicken Tenders

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pita bread and fresh vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the chicken tenders for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve with pita bread and fresh vegetables.

Marinate for at least 30 minutes for better flavor. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
