Grilled Chicken Avocado Wraps

Quick, healthy, and delicious wraps filled with grilled chicken, creamy avocado, and fresh veggies, perfect for lunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lime juice, cilantro, or hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan on medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let them rest.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, slice the avocados and tomato.
  5. Once the chicken has cooled slightly, slice it into strips.
  6. Lay a tortilla flat, add a layer of mixed greens, a few slices of chicken, avocado, and tomato.
  7. Optionally, drizzle some lime juice or add cilantro.
  8. Roll the tortilla tightly and slice in half to serve.

Notes

These wraps are best served fresh. Pair with fruit or a light salad for a complete meal.
