  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chipotle mayo
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by grilling the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Slice them once they are done.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chipotle sauce with mayonnaise to create the chipotle mayo.
  3. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  4. Spread a generous amount of chipotle mayo on each tortilla.
  5. Layer the grilled chicken slices, lettuce, tomato, and avocado on top of the mayo.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go to form the wraps.
  8. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.

Notes
