Ground Turkey and Peppers

A quick and nutritious dish featuring ground turkey and vibrant bell peppers, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Rice, lettuce wraps, or taco shells for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in the diced bell peppers, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until the peppers are tender.
  6. Serve over rice, in lettuce wraps, or in taco shells.
