Ground Turkey and Peppers

A quick and healthy one-pan meal featuring ground turkey and vibrant bell peppers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey, season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin. Cook until turkey is browned.
  4. Stir in chopped bell peppers and diced tomatoes.
  5. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until peppers are tender.
  6. Serve warm, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for later use. Enhance flavors with additional spices or toppings such as cheese or Greek yogurt.
