Healthy Sweet Potato Hash Browns

Instructions

  1. Grate the sweet potatoes using a box grater or food processor. Rinse the grated sweet potatoes in cold water and then drain well.
  2. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  5. Add the grated sweet potatoes to the skillet, spreading them out evenly.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices.
  7. Cook for about 5-7 minutes without stirring to achieve crispiness.
  8. Flip the hash browns and cook for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
