High-Protein Honey Garlic Shrimp

Quick and flavorful shrimp dish coated in a sweet and sticky honey garlic glaze, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Steamed rice or favorite vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and cornstarch.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat.
  6. Serve the shrimp over steamed rice or alongside your favorite vegetables.
