High-Protein Honey Garlic Shrimp

A fast, protein-packed dish featuring shrimp in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and coat well.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the shrimp, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
  4. Remove from heat and serve immediately with steamed rice or your choice of vegetables.

Notes

Serve hot with steamed rice or quinoa. Garnish with parsley or green onions and a wedge of lemon.
