Homemade Big Mac Wraps

A convenient twist on the classic Big Mac, these wraps are filled with juicy beef, crunchy lettuce, tangy pickles, and a delicious special sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to make the special sauce.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and layer with ground beef, cheese, lettuce, pickles, and drizzle with the special sauce.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly.
  5. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy your homemade Big Mac wraps.

Notes

Make sure to drain the beef well to avoid soggy wraps. You could also toast the tortillas slightly before filling to add a crunch.
