Homemade Easy Cheesy Pizza Pockets

Fun, customizable pizza pockets filled with cheese, sauce, and your favorite toppings.

  • 1 package Pizza dough
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Pepperoni (or other favorite toppings)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into circles.
  3. Add a spoonful of pizza sauce, a handful of cheese, and your choice of toppings on one half of each circle.
  4. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Press the edges of the dough firmly to prevent fillings from leaking. Experiment with different fillings for variety.
