  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup hot cocoa mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, hot cocoa mix, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined.
  6. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are set.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon to the dry ingredients. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
