Irresistible Caramel Ritz Cracker Christmas Cookies

Quick and easy Caramel Ritz Cracker Christmas Cookies with a perfect balance of salty and sweet flavors, ideal for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Ritz crackers
  • 1 bag caramel candies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange a layer of Ritz crackers on the baking sheet.
  4. Place caramel candies on top of each cracker.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until the caramel is soft.
  6. Remove from the oven and press another Ritz cracker on top of each caramel-covered cracker.
  7. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  8. Dip each cookie in melted chocolate or drizzle it over the cookies.
  9. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  10. Let the cookies cool until the chocolate is set. Enjoy!

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Use parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
