Korean Ground Beef Bowl

A quick and comforting Korean dish featuring ground beef, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce, served over fluffy rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, stir to combine, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Serve the cooked beef over fluffy rice.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Enjoy your meal!

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, add chili oil or sliced jalapeños. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
