Layered Chocolate Cheesecake with Oreo Crust

A stunning layered dessert featuring a rich chocolate cheesecake with an Oreo crust and mixed chocolate flavors.

  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz melted dark chocolate
  • 8 oz melted white chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a separate large bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture in half. Mix melted dark chocolate into one half and white chocolate into the other.
  4. Pour the dark chocolate layer over the crust and smooth it out. Chill for about 30 minutes.
  5. Then, pour the white chocolate layer over the dark chocolate layer and smooth it out.
  6. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  7. Remove from the springform pan, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Serve chilled with added whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or fresh berries. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
