Lemon Butter Garlic Pasta Sauce

A quick and creamy lemon butter garlic pasta sauce that elevates any pasta dish with minimal effort.

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice and zest, followed by the heavy cream.
  4. Cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce until well coated.
