Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Dessert Cups

Delightful dessert cups combining fudgy brownies and creamy cheesecake, perfect for sharing.

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into lined dessert cups and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely.
  6. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
  8. Spoon the cheesecake layer over the cooled brownie base.
  9. Chill in the fridge for a few hours to set. Serve topped with chocolate ganache if desired.
