Longhorn Garlic Parmesan Broccoli

A quick, cheesy side dish that cooks in minutes and tastes like a restaurant favorite. This Longhorn Garlic Parmesan Broccoli is simple and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Toss the steamed broccoli in the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately as a side dish.

Notes

Do not over-steam. Use fresh Parmesan for better melt and flavor. A squeeze of lemon can add brightness.
