Low Carb Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Delicious low carb wraps filled with cheesy chicken and garlic, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 low carb tortillas
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, avocado

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add shredded chicken to the skillet, stirring to combine with garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the chicken mixture until warmed through, then remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
  4. Lay out the low carb tortillas and divide the cheesy chicken mixture among them.
  5. Wrap up the tortillas tightly, enclosing the filling.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado.

Notes

For extra spice, add red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture. Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
