Low Carb Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Delicious and quick low carb wraps filled with cheesy garlic chicken, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the shredded chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until heated through.
  3. Place the cooked chicken mixture onto the lettuce leaves or tortillas.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
  5. Wrap the lettuce or tortillas tightly around the filling.
  6. Serve immediately or grill for a minute to melt the cheese slightly.
