No-Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake Cake

A delicious no-bake dessert that combines creamy cheesecake and banana flavors, layered with crunchy vanilla wafers.

  • 2 cups vanilla wafers
  • 2 cups banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Bananas for layering
  • Optional: chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine banana pudding mix and milk. Whisk until thickened.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the cookie butter until combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, banana pudding, and cookie butter cheesecake mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cheesecake layer on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Serve chilled, garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is softened before mixing to avoid lumps. You can add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
