No-Bake Brownie Bites

Quick and easy no-bake brownie bites made with dates, walnuts, and cocoa powder.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine walnuts and dates, and process until finely chopped.
  2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt, then blend until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
  3. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  4. Place the bites on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Enjoy your delicious No-Bake Brownie Bites!

Notes

Use soft, fresh dates for best texture. If dates are dry, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes and drain.
