No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Quick and easy energy bites made with oats, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips. No baking required!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats and chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey; stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture into 12 balls and roll them between your hands.
  4. Store the energy bites in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for a chilly option.

Notes

These energy bites can be stored at room temperature for a week or in the fridge for up to two weeks. They can also be frozen for a longer shelf life.
