No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Quick and easy energy bites made with oats, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips. Perfect for snacks on the go.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine oats and chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
  2. Add peanut butter and honey; stir until well combined.
  3. Scoop mixture into 12 balls and roll between your hands.
  4. Store in an airtight container at room temp or chilled.

Notes
