No-Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bars

Deliciously sweet and salty no-bake bars made with pretzel sticks, caramel, and chocolate.

  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Crush the pretzel sticks and mix them with the melted butter and brown sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a lined 9×9 inch pan to form the crust.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth. Pour this mixture over the pretzel crust.
  3. Drizzle the salted caramel on top of the chocolate layer and sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into bars and serve.

Notes

Ensure the pretzel crust is packed tightly in the pan for a sturdy base. Allow the chocolate layer to cool slightly before adding the salted caramel to create distinct layers. Use high-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor.
