No Bake Snickers Pie

A simple, creamy No Bake Snickers Pie that is rich, peanutty, and filled with chopped candy, using a graham crust and a smooth peanut butter cream cheese filling.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) box cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, softened, divided
  • 1 cup Snickers bars, chopped (+ extra to decorate)

Instructions

  1. Add the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter to a small bowl and mix well with a spoon.
  2. Press the crumb mix into a 9-inch round pie dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes at 350°F, then remove and allow to cool.
  4. Add the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar to the bowl of your stand mixer and beat until creamy and fully combined.
  5. Add the cheesecake instant pudding mix and continue mixing until smooth.
  6. Slowly pour in the heavy whipping cream while the mixer runs and whip until slightly thickened.
  7. Add 4 oz (half) of the softened frozen whipped topping and fold it in with a spatula.
  8. Fold in 1 cup of chopped Snickers bars.
  9. Spoon this mixture into the cooled pie crust and smooth the top with an offset spatula. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  10. Remove the plastic wrap and decorate with the remaining frozen whipped topping and extra chopped Snickers bars.

Notes

For softer texture, let the pie sit for 5 minutes at room temperature before serving.
