One-Pan Cheeseburger Pie Dinner

A comforting and easy-to-make cheeseburger pie that combines all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger in one dish.

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and chopped onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  5. Layer the beef mixture in the crust, then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Optionally, top with pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding spices like garlic powder or smoked paprika to the ground beef. You can use pre-made pie crust to save time.
