Peanut Butter Lasagna

A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy peanut butter, layers of chocolate pudding, and whipped cream, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups of chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup of crushed peanuts
  • 1/4 cup of melted peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, prepare chocolate pudding according to package instructions.
  3. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers followed by half of the peanut butter mixture, half of the chocolate pudding, and half of the whipped cream. Repeat the layers.
  4. Top with crushed peanuts and drizzle with melted peanut butter.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a layer of banana slices or mini chocolate chips in between the layers. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
