No-Bake Pecan Pie Balls

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, chopped pecans, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
  4. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and place back on the baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set the chocolate.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze and thaw before serving.
