Peppermint Bark Cups

Delightful holiday treat combining dark and white chocolate with refreshing peppermint, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces of dark chocolate
  • 12 ounces of white chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract
  • Crushed candy canes
  • Mini paper cupcake liners

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted dark chocolate into the bottom of mini cupcake liners and spread evenly.
  3. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in the same way and add the peppermint extract.
  5. Pour the white chocolate over the set dark chocolate layer.
  6. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top before the white chocolate sets.
  7. Refrigerate again until fully set, about 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from liners and enjoy your festive Peppermint Bark Cups!

Notes

Ensure bowls and utensils are completely dry when melting chocolate to prevent it from seizing. Customize toppings for a unique twist.
