A quick and delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak served in a convenient bowl with steak, veggies, and melted cheese.

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook until the veggies are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and sprinkle cheese over the mixture, allowing it to melt.
  6. Serve in bowls and garnish with parsley if desired.
