Pizza Grilled Cheese

A delicious blend of grilled cheese and pizza flavors, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Pepperoni or other pizza toppings (e.g., bell peppers, onions, olives)
  • Butter
  • Pizza sauce (for dipping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
  4. Add cheese and your choice of pizza toppings on top of the bread.
  5. Place the second slice of bread, butter-side up, on top of the toppings.
  6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Serve hot with pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Use a mix of cheeses for extra flavor, and don’t overcrowd the toppings to prevent sogginess.
