This healthy protein cookie dough is vegan, gluten-free, and packed with 10g of protein per serving. Perfect as a snack or dessert!

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

½ cup vanilla protein powder

¼ cup unsalted creamy peanut butter

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup non-dairy milk (more as needed)

1 teaspoon vanilla

⅔ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Whisk together almond flour and protein powder.

2. Microwave peanut butter for 20 seconds to soften.

3. Add peanut butter, syrup, milk, and vanilla to dry mix.

4. Mix until combined, add milk if too thick.

5. Fold in chocolate chips.

6. Serve as is or roll into bites. Chill before storing.

Notes

Use any nut or seed butter.

Maple syrup works best for texture.

Store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze up to 1 month.
