This 3-ingredient banana peanut butter protein shake is creamy, satisfying, and perfect for breakfast or post-workout.
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup ice (optional)
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
For added fiber, add 1 tbsp chia seeds.
