Quick English Muffin Air Fryer Breakfast Sandwiches

A fast and tasty breakfast featuring English muffins, eggs, cheese, and ham or bacon, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.

  • 2 English muffins
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 slices of ham or bacon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Butter or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Split the English muffins and lightly butter them or spray with cooking spray.
  3. Place the muffins in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden and toasted.
  5. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into a small, greased bowl or ramekin.
  7. Place the ramekin in the air fryer and cook for about 6-8 minutes until eggs are set.
  8. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a cooked egg, a slice of cheese, and ham or bacon between the toasted muffin halves.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Cool the sandwiches to room temperature before storing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for 3-5 minutes.
