Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

These easy and flavorful Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are quick to grill and perfect for weeknight dinners or parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together ranch dressing, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
