S’mores Explosion Cookie Dough Ice Cream Roll

A delightful treat blending cookie dough, creamy ice cream, and classic s’mores flavors, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 cup cookie dough
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Chocolate sauce (for drizzling)
  • Marshmallow fluff (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Spread the cookie dough in a thin layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until firm.
  2. Once the cookie dough is firm, spread a layer of vanilla ice cream over the cookie dough.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs evenly over the ice cream.
  4. Roll the cookie dough and ice cream tightly using the parchment paper, forming a log.
  5. Freeze the log for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
  6. Slice the roll into pieces and drizzle with chocolate sauce and marshmallow fluff before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For easier rolling, make sure the ice cream is slightly softened. Store leftovers wrapped tightly in plastic wrap in an airtight container in the freezer.
