1 cup cold filtered water

1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

Juice of 1/2 lemon

34 ice cubes

Instructions

1. Fill a glass with cold filtered water.

2. Add ice cubes and lemon juice.

3. Stir in pink salt until fully dissolved.

4. Drink immediately before meals or in the morning.

Notes

Optional: Add a slice of ginger or a pinch of cayenne for extra kick.

Limit to 1–2 servings per day.

Always use pink salt, not table salt.
