Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark

A delightful treat combining sweet and salty flavors with crunchy pretzels, smooth caramel, and rich chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel and cream mixture
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the pretzel sticks evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the caramel until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the melted caramel over the pretzels, using a spatula to spread it evenly.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the caramel pretzel layer.
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  8. Refrigerate until set, then break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Make sure your caramel is smooth before pouring it over the pretzels. Use good quality chocolate chips for best flavor. Don’t skip the sea salt, it enhances the sweetness.
